I instantly regretted it and was really hoping you were bluffing. When I saw your review a few years back it was too late as I have had already moved into the place. I'm sure they'd find a way to charge you even without pets and a spotless apartment. Despite paying a 600 deposit for your pets and 300 deposit to just move in, you will owe them more money. Pros: The location is nice, rent is not too terrible.Ĭons: if you want to use the pool on an iffy schedule (hours when most people work is the only time its open), still have to use a laundry mat or just hang dry your clothes, and if you have a pet(s) and want to move out. I had a pet BUT I did not expect to be hit with tons of fees, mostly caused by the maintenance guy or whomever walked in and pushed my belongings around, causing messes I had no time to fix. I didn't expect a deposit back/much back because yes. They have an occasional "pest control" guy "spray" just along your toilet and kitchen cabinet boards but you will still get bugs. The dryers don't dry your clothing either. Anyways, half the washers are broken/will eat your change. The amenities? When I moved in, I had to use the laundry mat they provided. So, you will be charged outrageous cleaning fees. Third, they will exaggerate something as little as counters needing to be wiped off and the floor vacuumed too! A faint odor that requires a ferbreeze? As if you left a toxic waste environment behind. On the day you move out, it's a fee and covers nothing apparently now. Second, on the website, states you pay a pet deposit for your pet(s). I came back the 2nd week of the month to things being pushed and spilled over. First off, they will knock your stuff around and cause messes if you aren't moved out within the first week of notification, DESPITE having a full month to move out. Soo, this place is not that bad when you start renting. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, GO LIVE ELSEWHERE! I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK! THIS IS A SHAME I DONT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE! WHICH I DID NOT I PURPOSELY LEFT THAT BLANK SO "SAM" MUST HAVE CHECKED THAT AFTER REVIEWING MY APPLICATION. ![]() SMH! AFTER INFORMING THE SUPERVISOR OF ME AND SAM'S CONVERSATION SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL HER BUT I WOULD NOT GET MY MONEY BACK B/C I SELECTED THAT I MET THE REQUIREMENTS ON THEIR APPLICATION. I CALLED THEM THE NEXT MORNING TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION AND I WAS TOLD BY SAM'S "SUPERVISOR" THAT I WAS DENIED DUE TO THE SAME MEDICAL BILL MENTIONED ABOVE. I MADE HER AWARE THAT IT WAS/HAS BEEN SET UP ON AUTO PAY FOR A WHILE AND SHE TOLD ME "OK, YOU WILL BE FINE IT WILL NOT STOP YOU FROM BEING APPROVED, AS LONG AS WE CAN VERIFY YOUR PAYMENTS". I ASKED HER IF THE MEDICAL BILL THAT I HAD WOULD STOP ME FROM QUALIFYING BEFORE I BROUGHT HER MY $50.00 APPLICATION FEE.
